Eleanor Ellis Public Library

Eleanor Ellis Public Library provides the town of Phelps and surrounding area access to educational information and recreational materials and services.
We have regularly scheduled programs throughout the year for children as well as adults, which include, Stories with Ms Laura Myszka, Summer Reading Program, Summer Family Programming, Adult Book Club, Adult Writer’s Group and much more. Library hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10am – 4pm; Wednesday 2pm – 6pm; Saturday 10am – 1pm. Material pickup is now available 24/7 via our outdoor locker system and is available upon request by calling 715-545-2887. Materials are also available for delivery and pickup through Eleanor Ellis Homebound. Call the library for details. WiFi and digital services are available 24/7.
