Phelps Downtown

Updated 02/20/24 - We Ride for Jacob will run a fundraising event in the downtown buildings of Phelps in lieu of the obstacle/radar event originally planned.  Activities will include bags tournament, meat raffles, 50-50 and basket raffles.
